Ms. Casper received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington Tacoma campus. She
went on at the University to receive her Teaching Certification and taught grades K-12 in local schools for
several years. Ms. Casper attended the Seattle University School of Law on a Presidential Scholarship where
she was involved in the student government as the 12th Circuit Governor for the American Bar Association's
Law Student Division and as Vice President of Seattle University's Bar Association. While attending law
school she worked for the Thurston County Prosecutor's Office, as well as several other local law firms.
Before coming to the Law Offices of G. Parker Reich, Ms. Casper was the Policy and Public Affairs Officer
and Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator for the Tacoma Housing Authority, where she assisted in providing
low-income housing and services to the community and chaired administrative hearings regarding civil rights
and fair housing issues. Additionally, she worked on projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and
national laws, such as HUD regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 504. She
represented the housing authority at local and statewide events and spoke on educational panels regarding
issues impacting housing and low-income.
Ms. Casper has experience in real estate and property law, family law, landlord/tenant and fair housing
issues, insurance issues, and estate planning. She enjoys working with children and families and is glad to
be doing what she set out to do - assisting people during times when they need a responsive and dedicated
attorney the most.
Parker Reich believes because every client is different, that every case is different. His practice
philosophy is based on the idea that to provide a high quality attorney-client relationship the attorney
must invest himself into the cases along with his clients. The areas of law that we represent clients in
are highly emotional and overwhelming so we understand the need to have an advocate that is as
passionate and dedicated to your case as you are.
